Chocolate fudge
brownies are everyone’s favorite and are surprisingly simple to make.
And ingredient and
equipments lists are in the end of this video.
Place the oven rack
in the middle position of your oven, and then preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

8 inch square baking pan with foil, and spray the foil with some non-stick
cooking spray.
Set the pan aside
while we make the brownies.
Just eight
ingredients are needed to make these brownies.
Let’s start with
the butter.
Fourteen table spoons of
butter need to get cut into pieces.
Then, place the
pieces into a large microwave safe bowl, and melt the butter in the microwave.
This will take
about a minute.
While butter is
melting, measure one half cup of (2. _______)
coco, and one and one fourth cups of sugar.
Add coco powder to
the butter and (3. _____) it
together, now whisk in the sugar.
Set the bowl aside
for just a moment.

three eggs into a medium bowl; lightly beat them with two spoons of vanilla
extract.
Add the egg and vanilla
mixture to the coco mixture and whisk it all together.
Add pinch of salt,
measure one half cup of flour, and mix that into batter, and if you like
walnuts, pour them in one cup.
Pour the batter
into the prepared pan; put the pan in the oven, these brownies will take about
30 minutes to cook.
Check to see if
they are done, by sticking a toothpick into the center of brownies.
It should have some
moist-crumbs attached to it.
Be careful not to over
bake your brownies.
Remove the brownies
from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

you need: Tin foil, dry measuring cups, spatula, cutting board, mixing bowls,
butter knife, measuring spoons, whisk, and an 8 inch by 8 inch by 2 inch pan, a
tooth pick, cooling rack, and a large kitchen knife.
