It causes your body to become more receipted to insulin, which is contrary (to) what happens when you become Type II diabetics. Your body becomes more resistant to insulin. So it’s not just important the number of calories you burn while exercising and you will burn little bit more when jogging and running, but most importantly its metabolic changes occur when you exercise. And the harder you exercise, a.k.a. (as known as) jogging and running, walking, jogging and running, pushing your heart rate, working on your cardiovascular system, stressing yourself a little bit. The more you do that, the more you getting in shape, the more your body will utilizes and give up fat as an energy source.
